What Do Color Blind People See?
It always comes as a shock when people find out I’m color blind, and typically the first question I’m asked is “wait, so what colors can you see?” It’s been nearly impossible to explain in words what I can or can’t see, so I put together an accurate visual representation with the help of my color vision blessed friend’s eyes.
The test on the left is the original Isihara Test for Color Blindness and the modified visual on the right is what I see (red-green color blind):
